About Nomad Around

Hello and welcome to Nomad Around. I hope to make this website into a knowledge base for nomads and RVers. It should blossom into information and resources to benefit all of us.

My name is Suzanne.  I have recently semi retired so have time to do more of the things that interest me.  Becoming a nomad and RVer has been an interest of mine for quite a while.  No, that is incorrect – it has been a dream that I am a little closer to now.

At one point full time RVing was a serious thought but my problem is that I just don’t think I can downsize that much.  Maybe . . .  I figure I can keep a storage unit while I go nomading around.

Knowledge, Information and Insight

I would not only like to share what knowledge I have gained while researching one of my dreams, but gain more knowledge through more research.  At this time I know exactly what motohome I would like to live in part time.  The Winnebago Spirit 26A calls out to me.  What do you think?

I hope you will share any knowledge and insights you have.  I welcome any knowledge, information and insights you wish to share.  There are areas where my knowledge and understanding are lacking and you will, hopefully, fill in the gaps.

Would you be interested in being a guest blogger?  Maybe I could guest blog for you in return?

I’d really like your input.  For instance what do you think about the Winnebago Spirit 26A?

I’m interested in what you’re about to share with us in the future. I’m happy to know about you, and maybe you could guest blog for me. I can’t wait to see what you have to post on this website.

Thank you taking your time in writing this post. Keep up the good work Suzanne!

  2. suzanne happy retirement I must say. You are going to do better than people like me who are still actively engaged. I hope you find happiness in your new life. Retirement could be scary especially if you don’t know what to do to get you active.. making your website a knowledge base for nomads and RVers is an achievable quest with time and dedication you will be there in no time . I  look forward to reading more content on this page.

  3. Hi! Looks like a fun informative site. I have a couple of friends who are RVing and the have storage places too. But they love the life. I just retired also and it is an adjustment. Best of luck. From what I hear there are blogs that explore all the resources and share places to settle while weather permits and then move on when it gets to hot or cold. Looking forward to seeing photos of your travels.
